Artist Statement:
I work about daily life, looking for some kind of people than lives our time in a different way, like children, old and borderline.My characters are like crystallized, stopped in the wait but there is a motion inside, they are alive.
They are out of time and just the time has eaten their shapes and colors making them dreamlike seems like memories.
Biography:
Born in Orzinuovi, Italy in 1986.She began her studies as Sculptress in Academy of Fine Arts of Brera Milano, 2005 moves to Carrara where she has been graduated in 2008 and in 2011 (Master Course) at the local Academy.
In 2008 she won first Prize at the International Sculpture Award Edgardo Mannucci, Arcevia (Ancona).
Between 2009/2010 she studied in Tokyo Zokei University for an university exchange.
In september 2013 she was artist in residence at Ichiuroko, Tamashima, Japan.
She lives and works in Orzinuovi.
