Artist Statement:
I am interested in absurdity because it generates a cognitive creative process, especially absurdity reflecting an existing system. Absurdity is also an affective way to critique, to speak about problems around us, social, political and economical. I'm a constant explorer of places and local connotations of literature, philosophy and critical theory. Unfolding everyday practices and cultural context, my work reflects my environment and invites the viewer to investigate, critique or laugh with me
